Review OIAM 3- Top 3-

NINE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!!!!!...We were so busy sorry guys...Well one more time nine has been eliminated form the competation. Actually it was really expected elimination. In fact, since last week we expected nine will be eliminated, unfotunetly Amylea eliminated last week. So for last night his time was there. Pity...but no but yes bit no but yes but no but yes......or whatever!

Lets talk about the contastents performances one by one.

First Round

Tomok - Crazy in love
We agreed with the judges, especially the vocal it wasn't nice like the first time. In fact his performance just like watching a repeat show from him or on youtube. The enegry also not strong like the previous previous weeks. But still consider very good though. Moreover, we have to agreed with Syfaniz when she commented about artistic value (exectly like American Idol). Tomok doesn't have enough Artistic value in himself. He really needs to polish this thing in order to be a proffesional singer. Might be all right if we say 8.5/10

Esther - Better in time
Vocally it was great and excellent, the feeling and soul was there. Dynamic and vocal control also very, very good. There is nothing much to comment about her first performance last night because it was really good. In fact the judges also like it and they didn't have comment regarding to Esther's first performance. Might be no problem if we say 9/10

Aweera
Singing Gemilang is the most excellent performance from Aweera. Its really show how easy Aweera hits all those high notes on that song. Just unbeliable when a male singer sang a song like Gemilang. We honestly always like the song and always like him to sing this song. In fact no part "tercicir" this time and he looks more confident last night. Might be great if we say 9/10

Thats it for the first round. Now lets go to the second round.

Tomok - Coba
Singing Coba popularized by Fizal Tahir is not so easy. In fact Tomok must be very, very concertare on his vocal side because this song contains high notes. The begining part of the song, he sang is greatly and he did very, very good. In fact, he did some gimic on it made his performance quite touching and feeling. We love the chorus part when tomok sang it differently. Even though not as power as Faizal Tahir but he really did a great job. No problem to give him 9/10

Esther - I won't go home without you.
As usual, It was very, very entertaining from her. When Syafinaz said she has the package to be an artist and also to be an entertainer....she was totally correct!!! Esther might did not have a full package to be a beautiful artist but to be in vocal part and aura to entertain people..she defenately got it!!! However, we don't think she has to sing a fast song. The most suitable for her is ballad songs, modern blues of course!!!! Because these two kind of songs really show her capability in singing. When she sings a fast song...sometimes sounds like her vocal drawn (paul commented this part as well). So good luck to her especially her new song. Slightly less when we say she deserves 8.5/10

Aweera
We have to sorry because this song is not our "cup of coffee". Even though he sang is energeticly and very good but we did not feel it. In fact, the song is too far or too old for now days. Its really doesn't metter if he wants to sing this song but he needs to include modern style on it. So it doesn't sound too old. If he did it, we are very..very sure he could be successfull in this industry. Well, it might be no problem when we say he got 8/10 for his second performance.

Well, thats it so far...and our next post would be about who do we will think will be the next OIAM and also our analysis about the contastents performances, about chart analysis, etc.
